A Chartered Accountant with over 35 years’ experience of which over 25 years were in employment which included 4 years in audit & consulting in PwC, 7 years in large steel & engineering industries and over 14 years with ITC, India’s best run corporate. Experience includes change management initiatives, strategic planning, post-merger integration & systems implementation. This expertise, which also included being part of performance management teams, has been used extensively over the last 9 years in building capability to a number of SME’s in a variety of industry segments including engineering, healthcare, services, manufacturing etc.
Manjula Kannan
A Cost Accountant & an MBA with over 28 years’ experience in employment & consulting. A long stint of 18 years at ITC, India’s best run corporate, brought about exposure & expertise in management systems; deep insights into how businesses grow & sustain; how performing cultures are built & leveraged upon for establishing & maintaining profitability, whilst facilitating further growth. Experience also includes financial structuring, mergers & amalgamations, project management & systems implementation. This expertise, which also included being part of performance management teams, has been used extensively over the last 9 years in building capability to a number of SME’s in a variety of industry segments including engineering, healthcare, services, manufacturing etc.
